All orders ship within 24 hours of being placed EXCEPT on Friday. Orders placed on Friday AFTER 9A.M. CST WILL NOT SHIP until the following Monday, IF Monday is a Federal Holiday order will ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, or Federal Holidays.
FREE 1-4 day UPS Ground shipping OR USPS First Class, Parcel Select, or PRIORITY MAIL (ONLY IN THE USA.) Puerto Rico, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and Alaska are all included in the free USA shipping as well for regular Tumblerpoxy.
Because we offer free shipping in the U.S.A., orders will ship whichever service is cheaper (insurance included.)
We highly recommend customers to purchase additional Route shipping insurance. Even though we have insurance on every order that we ship, to ensure IF order is lost or damaged it will be replaced. Also, Route replaces orders ALOT faster speed than dealing with USPS or UPS directly. Route takes very good care of our customers! Claims on orders with the Route Shipping Insurance must be filed with Route directly. Please scroll down on main front page of website for directions on how to file a claim with Route. (We’re not able to attach instruction (picture) here.)
Swiftpoxy & Tumblerpoxy 2.0 according to OSHA/HAZMAT GUIDELINES can not ship outside of the contiguous 48 states. Swiftpoxy & 2.0 cannot ship anywhere that it’s required to be on an airplane or water. Swiftpoxy & 2.0 according to OSHA/HAZMAT GUIDELINES can not ship outside of the contiguous 48 states.
SWIFTPOXY and 2.0 CAN NOT be shipped via USPS so P.O. BOX addresses are not valid for this product. We can not ship SWIFTPOXY and 2.0 overseas therefore any orders with international addresses or PO BOX addresses will be cancelled and refunded. You’ll need to place a new order with the correct physical address in order for the order to be shipped.
If buyer is required to pay shipping at checkout, buyer does not live in our free shipping area.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Any orders that are returned to us because of wrong shipping info, buyer will be held responsible for paying shipping cost for us to ship it back out.
**APO/AFO/PO BOX addresses must be shipped via USPS.**
Once we have handed your order over to the UPS/USPS and it has been scanned into their system, it is no longer under our control. Log into your account on our website to check tracking info. Please note: multiple itemed orders may ship separately. You may have different tracking numbers for different items. Please pay attention to whether you purchased the extra ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE. Any damages, lost, late, etc., orders will need to be processed through them.
It is the customers responsibility to contact UPS/USPS for any late or missing orders. Insurance on each package is specifically for UPS/USPS to be responsible for missing, late, damaged, or mis-delivered packages. If your package is late, missing, damaged or delivered to the wrong address, you will need to file a claim with UPS/USPS. This is why we have insurance of every package. ANY ORDERS RETURN TO US DUE TO ADDRESS ERRORS ON THE CUSTOMERS PART WILL BE CHARGED A SHIPPING FEE TO RESHIP.
