Same or next day shipping:
Orders must be placed no later than 8am CST to be shipped the same day. Same day shipping does not qualify on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or on a Federal Holiday WILL NOT SHIP until the next business day. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.
Returns
We DO NOT accept opened returns. Customer must contact us 14 days or less after order is shipped to qualify for our UNOPENED refund policy. Customer pays the shipping to return unopened kit(s).
No opened returns will be excepted: EPOXY-heat seals must be under lids and shrink wrap around bottles, and box can not be opened. Return must be returned to us in the condition it arrived to you.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to process.
ANY RETURNS 14 DAYS AFTER ORDER IS DELIVERED ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Refunds
Authorized unopened returns will be refunded after inspection of the original items. You will be notified once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 days for your bank/credit issuer to process the return.
If a customer does a chargeback through Shopify, PayPal, etc. said customer is black-listed from purchasing from us ever again and customers account is deleted. This is whether chargeback is found in our favor or the customers favor. No exceptions.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
TUMBLERPOXY does not make any changes to addresses when fulfilling orders. All packages are sent to the address the buyer entered. If the address entered was incorrect, TUMBLERPOXY will not be held liable and will not reship the package. If the carrier deems the address as un-deliverable, we can reship to a different address but the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. If the buyer prefers a refund due to incorrect address or delivery issues, the package must have been returned to us before we can process a refund, and there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged Packages / Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or the package you received is missing contents, please notify us immediately. We will request that the receiver notifies the carrier of any damages or missing contents due to possible damage or mishandling. Claims must be submitted and proof provided of claim before TUMBLERPOXY will reship packages. Please contact UPS or USPS for assistance with this process. If you purchased the Route Shipping Insurance you’ll need to contact them to process a new order, we will not handle these types of claims because this is why you purchase the Route Shipping Insurance.
For misdelivered orders we require the customer to contact UPS/USPS to start an investigation then once UPS/USPS confirms order was misdelivered or stolen, they will contact us and then we can file a claim and resend your order.
Cancellations / Order Changes
WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS ONCE PLACED. We do not have the time to sift through 1000’s of orders/labels to cancel an order. If you do not want your order, wait for it to be delivered, refuse delivery, OR return unopened order to UPS/USPS as refused. They will return it to us free of charge to you.
Processing your order quickly is our top priority. We understand there are many customers that use epoxy resin for their businesses and expect their orders to get to them in a timely manner. If your order has been fulfilled and you need to change the product, you will need to refuse the package and will be charged a restocking fee of 15%
*We are no longer shipping on Saturdays or Sundays. UPS/USPS pick ups on Saturday and Sunday go nowhere until the next business day, during extremely cold weather, and hot weather, your product is safer in our climate-controlled area during Saturday and Sunday versus being left on a USPS mail truck or a UPS truck.*
